Dharmapala College

The College is currently based at Madhyamaloka in Birmingham, UK, but we also offer an increasing range of events at urban and retreat centres across the UK as well as on the European Continent.We aim to continue and expand our activities in Europe. We’ve scheduled one of our Community of Enquiry sessions in Germany, as well as two seminars, and we may also hold a seminar in Scandinavia.

Several teachers from the Continent will be leading or co-leading Dharmapala College events. Some of them will join us in our Community of Enquiry sessions. Together, we hope to gradually build a solid base of friends of Dharmapala College that may, perhaps after two or three years, lead to the establishment of a residential ‘contemplative community’ in Europe.
