Training Courses

Growing into Who You Are

Introductory weekend seminars on psychological type, temperament, and spiritual practice.

28 - 29 June, Newcastle Buddhist Centre

11 - 13 July, London Buddhist Centre

05 - 07 September, Dublin Buddhist Centre (visit www.dublinbuddhistcentre.org)

With Dhammaloka, certified MBTI trainer

People are different — as are their approaches to spiritual practice. Knowledge of psychological type helps understanding of individual differences and improves skills in dealing with them.

Based on the work of C.G. Jung and Myers-Briggs, this workshop deepens self-understanding and brings out our strengths to deal with life’s challenges

Participants will receive a comprehensive report on their individual type and an opportunity for a private consultation with Dhammaloka.
